It is possible to record programmes from some FreeView channels and access them via the Helix Media Library.  This video shows you how.  You will need an account - email tvrecording@uhi.ac.uk if you'd like one set up.

The TV and Radio recording facility is only available through MyUHI.  When you log on, you will find an icon on the desktop.
